THE DYSTOPIAN ARMS RACE ESCALATES AS A SECOND DREADNOUGHT IS FINISHED FOR THE RUSSIAN COALITION
This week I have been unusually busy in my Personal Life, with Mother's Day and three (!!!) birthday celebrations interrupting my painting time. Nonetheless, I have managed to finish one model in the past few days - another Moskva-class Dreadnought for the Russian Coalition!

A crucial part of my ongoing build-up of forces for the Hunt for the Markgraf narrative campaign, this vessel will lead a massive fleet of Russian fleets into the final glorious battles of the campaign. I promise it will be impressive!

This is not the largest model in the works for that, however. Something big is waiting to crest the horizon... watch this space!

The second Moskva-class Dreadnought is finally finished after three or four sessions of painting
Although I have painted this model before, I forgot how many armour panels and plates there are! The endless layers of grey started to drive me crazy after a while...
The general details of the model are the same as the original, but the painting differs slightly where the generator has a stronger verdigris finish, and the rust is more pronounced in areas like the metal decking and around the pipes on the side
The vessel was a joy to paint once the initial grey blocking was finished, and I look forward to continuing to expand the Russian Coalition
The latest addition to the fleet joins its comrades
The pair of Moskva-class Dreadnoughts - an imposing sight
The Markgraf faces its greatest threat yet
Capital vessels of the Russian Coalition set sail!
Thanks for reading,

George

  1. Wow

What can be larger than a dreadnought ? (except for the Svarog but I think you don't like the model)
